We know that planning an important event is not easy. There are so many decisions to be made about entertainment and photography alone. From the moment you book right up until the event we're on hand to discuss everything you need. We'll have at least one face to face consultation with you and you'll be given direct contact details for one of us if you have any follow-up questions, comments or changes.

When you book, Rubix makes a range of planning documents available to help you arrange every part of your event. From guest lists, budget and supplier planners to suggested event timetables and speeches, we like to think we've got eveything covered. We have a range of MS Office documents available for you to download and take away, so you can utilise time when you're not able to access the Internet.
