Whatever your event our team is on hand to deliver and act as a hosts. We don't get stage fright and are confident on microphones to make announcements and speeches, talk live to people on the floor, arrange surprises, organise children's games (and adults) and judge competitions. No job is too big. Outdoor events especially welcome. Rubix also has the ability to project and we usually have internet connection on site so the possibilities are endless.

Rubix can offer a professional coordinator to be with you for your entire day. It goes much further than simple planning. We have approachable positive, dedicated staff who have spent many afternoons and evenings at events just like yours , helping out to make the day run smoothly. Working along side all the teams on site it is their job to make sure everything happens as and when it should removing any stresses you may encounter.
